The School Day

School starts at 8:45am, with registration at 9.00am.

Lunch time Reception:  11.30am - 12.30pm

Lunch time Year 1:  11.45am - 12.45pm

Lunch time KS1 & 2:  12.00 - 1:00pm

School finishes at 3:15pm 

This totals 32.5 hours per week

It is really important that children arrive at school on time. There is always morning work in the classrooms and registers are taken promptly every day.  If your child arrives after this time it may go against their attendance.  Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to pick your child up from school.  If, for any reason, you are going to be late then please contact the school office (01235 814718).

Nursery Opening Times

Our Nursery is open during term-time and currently has the capacity for up to 52 students throughout the day in the various sessions.

Morning sessions:  Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 11.45am

30 Hours sessions: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 2.45pm

Afternoon sessions: Monday to Friday, 12.15pm - 3.15pm

Travelling to and from school

We are lucky to have a Park & Stride car park at Boundary Park Pavilion, and ask that where at all possible when driving to school , parents park in the car park at Boundary Park and walk the remaining 5-8 minutes to school.  Children who live closer to school are always encouraged to walk, cycle or scoot.  We are now participating in the Living Streets WOW Initiative, which rewards students with a badge every month if they are able to walk cycle or scoot to school a minimum of once a week.   WOW - the walk to school challenge

We have two large bike sheds where children can store their bikes and scooters and will soon be welcoming our new Scooter Pods.  We ask that all children who cycle to school please wear a cycle helmet for their safety.
